How can I pay for my services?
There are two ways that you can pay for services,
Contract Monthly, a flat fee with predetermined usage, hours and services. (should you surpass your monthly hours, etc, you will be billed at a hourly rate)
Hourly, a pay-as-you go service.
Are all assignments done remotely?
Yes, virtually all assignments are completed remotely. However, there are rare instances when clients will need on-site assistance.
Do you guarantee confidentiality?
Yes. Minor Details...is committed to our clients' need for confidentiality and many steps are taken to provide confidentiality for our clients.
Who are the people providing the service?
The team that makes up Minor Details... are professionals who are currently practicing in the specialty in which you are contracting them for. We hand pick each of them and they are thoroughly screened.
What if I would like to meet with my service provider in person?
We are aware that some circumstances may require a provider to be on-site with a client. In that case we advise our clients to contact us directly so special provisions can be made to accommodate their request for on-site service.
Do you have a standing office?
Yes; however, Minor Details... is a virtual resource.
Do you rent out office space?
Sorry, this is not a service we currently provide. However, if you find yourself in need of office space, Minor Details... will be more than happy to refer a service provider to you.
Are the mental health services provided on-line?
We recommend that you speak with your provider directly for the terms and conditions of your service.
Can I change from an hourly to a monthly contract?
Yes. In the event your needs change, please contact us directly for information on the transitioning process.
What if I want to break my contract?
In the event that you need to change the specifics of your services please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
